Congratulations to Kelly and Mike from Pennsylvania!

Kelly luckily gave Mike a second chance after a first date mishap, and now they are not only a couple, but best friends! She shared their story with us.

How did it all start? What was your first date like?

“We always joke about me giving him a second chance because he showed up to the wrong restaurant and was late by half an hour. We laugh about it now and love that it’s something we can always remember. So glad I didn’t give up on him!”

What do you like the most about your partner?

“How much he makes me laugh and smile. That not only is he my boyfriend but he’s my best friend.”

What advice would you give to other Zoosk members still looking for love?

“Be open and go for someone you would never expect to. I’m dating someone who is actually very similar to my dad which I never would have expected. But now I’m in love with someone who would bend over backwards for me.”
