“Joel and I met a year ago for lunch. When I saw him, it was love at first sight! I remember about 30 minutes into our conversation, I looked into his eyes and said, ‘I can see right through your piercing blue eyes.’ Fast forward to today, we are engaged and set to get married in September 2018. He is such a kind, fun, loving and beautiful person inside and out. I can’t wait for our hearts and souls to become one.
