Congratulations to Engaged Zoosk Couple Pamela and Robert from Wyckoff, NJ!

 

Although she was skeptical about giving another dating site a try, Pamela felt moved to try Zoosk after a strong endorsement:

“I was watching the Steve Harvey show, while getting ready for work one day. And, he suggested Zoosk for those who wanted to try online dating. I tried Match.com and was really not interested in joining another online dating site, but I figured I would try it for bit.”

Instead of showing Pamela thousands of random profiles, Zoosk learned her preferences and showed her quality men who shared similar experiences and interests.

“Robert viewed me, but he thought I would not be interested in him. I saw that he and I were both married for 25 years plus. So, out of curiosity, I asked him what had happened in his marriage that led him to being divorced after all those years. Our stories were similar. I ended up meeting up with him.”

After being married for 25 years, Pamela approached love with caution:

“Super nice person. But, I was very guarded and really could care less about meeting the man of my dreams. He was so persistent, but not pushy. I could not make up my mind whether I was interested in him or not. I just went with the flow, but kept him at an arms length. As time went on, to my surprise, I couldn’t imagine my life without him.”

Robert won Pamela over and proposed in October. The couple is excited for a wedding this September!
