Welcome to the Zoosk engineering blog!  Over the last few years, we’ve grown from a small team of engineers building a single product on a single server to a major installation with multiple products and millions of customers in over 60 countries.  Along the way, we have had to overcome a variety of technical issues at many levels.  In this blog, we will share our experiences, best practices and perspective for building highly scalable and engaging experiences on the web across different technologies and platforms.

Teams/Products:
Our teams are generally organized around product lines and shared infrastructure.  Currently, we have the following teams: Web, Mobile, Desktop, API, Architecture, Platform, QA, BI and Ops.  Each of these teams are continually overcoming challenges and pushing the boundaries of technology, as we build the best online dating product in the marketplace.   As these team members learn and grow, they will share their experiences and insights through this blog.
